I saw this tour back in '82 in Detroit, MI. :) First KISS concert. The only other one I saw was when they did the 1996 Reunion Tour at Tiger Stadium. :)

As unstructured as Vinnie was on stage, he never once tried to play it like Ace. His guitar work was totally his own. Props!

2:10 Vinnie lucía increíble junto a Paul y Gene con sus maquillajes, y sonaba genial junto a la batería de Eric, le dieron a kiss un sonido más heavy y con esa tendencia que tuvieron de tocar más rápido a partir de que entró Carr a la banda era aún mejor! Facilmente alguien que no conociera mucho sobre ellos podría pensar que esa alineación era la original, ojalá hubieran durado más :^)

Sorry....EC and VV were/are excellent musicians, but it's not the same. Vinnie's solo on Dr. Love is erratic and toothless. Not even close to Ace's tone and feel. Kiss is not a shred band...nothing and no one tops the original lineup.

Why were the Cameras not showing Vinnie during the Creatures Solo?.😠 His solo during Dr. Love was kinda short but he showed some shred and made it fit the song!!

My favorite version of Cold Gin EVER!!! And Vinnie's solo on "Dr. Love" is spell binding!!! Love these Heavy Metal renditions of their music.

Man Eric Carr just fvcking BRINGS IT every time I see one of these old concert videos. And if my memory serves me still, he and Peter had a good rapport based on mutual respect for each other and for the instrument.

I was always amazed that they didn't wipe out all the time in those platform boots.

I saw every American KISS tour starting with Dynasty until present and the Creatures tour with Vinnie and Eric was always my favorite KISS show by far. So loud, heavy, and in your face. Now let me say I love Ace and I went to the Creatures show mainly to see him and when I learned outside the arena that Vinnie was on this tour I was really bummed out. By the time the concert was over though I realized I hadn’t even missed Ace. Vinnie was so awesome. I wish he hadn’t fallen out with the band because he was the perfect replacement for Ace like Eric was the perfect replacement for Peter. I would have loved to see more than one more album with this lineup. As a metal head I had been longing for a heavier more metal KISS and this line up was it hands down.
